Senior BI Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and Databricks SQL to support analytics and reporting requirements.
• Build scalable data solutions using Databricks and support lakehouse-based analytics.
• Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support BI workflows and improve insight generation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor a BI team to ensure high-quality BI delivery.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 9 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data reporting Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting
• Power BI dashboard development
• SQL for analytics and data retrieval
• Experience delivering BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Databricks
• Databricks (Databricks SQL) for BI solutions

Good to Have:

• PySpark and Python for data processing and analytics
• Data visualization best practices
• Data modeling experience
• Azure Data Lake

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
