Description

You will lead the design and implementation of a business intelligence strategy for a health data warehouse rebuild.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement semantic layers on Snowflake and Postgres databases within MS Azure.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a new enterprise-level BI tool based on business requirements.
• Lead the organization-wide rollout of BI solutions and provide ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and Data Analysts to align BI architecture with business objectives.
• Manage the transition to updated ETL, BI, and database platforms to improve performance and cost management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Architect.
• 5+ years of experience implementing BI solutions in MS Azure cloud environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and Postgres databases.
• Proven ability to evaluate business needs and recommend appropriate BI toolsets.
• Experience working with healthcare data, specifically within the payer space.
• Strong leadership skills to drive projects across multiple business units.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex BI issues and support technical staff.
