Description

Lead the design and implementation of a BI strategy for a health data warehouse rebuild.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement semantic layers on top of Snowflake and Postgres within an Azure environment.
• Research, recommend, and lead the implementation of a new enterprise-level BI tool.
• Analyze business needs to ensure technical performance and cost containment.
• Troubleshoot BI issues and provide technical support to users and analysts.
• Consult with staff to implement and adopt new BI tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence at an Architect level.
• 5+ years of experience implementing BI solutions in MS Azure cloud environments.
• 2+ years of experience working with Snowflake and Postgres databases.
• Demonstrated project experience with multiple leading cloud BI tools.
• Experience designing and implementing BI strategies to meet business goals.
• Ability to navigate complexities across multiple in-house business units.
• Troubleshooting expertise for BI-related issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare data, specifically in the payer space.
