Description

You will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions supporting compliance and regulatory reporting requirements, specifically for the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).

Responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain regulatory reports (e.g., CBUAE returns, FATCA/CRS, AML transaction monitoring) using BI tools and SQL.
• Translate regulatory and compliance reporting requirements into technical specifications and reporting models.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems into the BI platform.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory audits.
• Monitor regulatory framework changes and adjust reports and processes accordingly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining BI Solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong understanding of Oracle BI Repository (RPD) layers (Physical, BMM, Presentation).
• Mastery of Oracle BI Publisher for creating formatted reports.
• Experience configuring row-level and column-level security in OAS.
• Expertise in building interactive dashboards and narrative visualizations using OAS.
• Experience with dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema) and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database, including query optimization and indexing.
• Skills in Sql, Pl/sql, Python, Bash, Javascript, Css, Xml, Rpd.
