You will own the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and trends.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data retrieval and transformation.
  • Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from multiple sources into data warehouses.
  • Apply dimensional modeling techniques to design and maintain scalable data models for analytics.
  • Maintain clean code bases and releases using GIT and ADO Pipelines.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
  • Expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning).
  • Experience building and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • 2+ years working with medical data including HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • 1+ years maintaining code bases and releases using GIT and ADO Pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
