Senior BI Tech Lead (Microsoft Stack)

You will lead the technical direction for building and scaling an enterprise BI solution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a modern BI solution using the Microsoft stack with tech leadership.
• Lead development of a centralized data warehouse using SQL Server, Azure Synapse, or equivalent.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Establish data governance, security protocols, and performance tuning strategies.
• Mentor team members on architecture, tooling, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading BI initiatives using Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS).
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling and ETL Pipelines.
• Proficiency with Sql Server, Azure Synapse, Azure, Power Bi, and SSIS/SSAS.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work within agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
• Familiarity with finance, operations, or product analytics domains.
