Description

Lead the technical direction and implementation of an enterprise-grade Business Intelligence solution using the Microsoft stack.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build centralized data warehouses using SQL Server and Azure Synapse.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Establish data governance, security protocols, and performance tuning strategies.
• Mentor team members on architecture, tooling, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years leading BI initiatives with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, SSIS/SSAS).
• Strong expertise in Data Modeling and ETL Pipelines.
• Proficiency with Sql Server, Azure Synapse, Azure, Power Bi, and SSIS/SSAS.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to work within agile delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Factory or Databricks.
• Familiarity with finance, operations, or product analytics domains.
