Description

Build and maintain high-volume data collection and large-scale processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using Java to handle large datasets and complex ETL processes.
• Build and manage data pipelines within AWS environments.
• Implement large-scale data processing tasks using Spark or similar frameworks.
• Maintain and query relational databases using SQL.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with a focus on software engineering principles.
• Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, EMR, and Glue.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, PySpark, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Data Lake architectures and Terraform.
