Description

You will own complex billing portfolios, ensuring accurate invoicing and resolving discrepancies in high-value contracts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account portfolios by applying a full understanding of client and contractor contractual requirements.
• Research and resolve complex billing issues, discrepancies, and unapplied cash items older than 15 days.
• Partner with field personnel and contracts management to ensure accurate contract setup, PO funding, and time/expense tracking.
• Negotiate resolutions for errors and perform necessary actions such as write-downs, VMS corrections, and client setup adjustments.
• Mentor and support junior analysts while providing guidance on billing policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in billing or financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for problem-solving and data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with VMS, MSP, and Specialty Billing workflows.
• Experience managing SOW and Government billing requirements.
• Ability to navigate various client systems and track PO funding.
• Strong organization and time management skills for handling high-dollar portfolios.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
