You will build and maintain core bioinformatics software components.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reusable, scalable bioinformatics tools and component libraries for data processing and verification.
  • Analyze data to validate technical performance specifications and scientific accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and document findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in requirements, architecture, and design review discussions.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant experience (for Bachelor's degree holders).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in bioinformatics, data analysis, or scientific software development.
  • Proficiency with Data Analysis principles.
  • Experience adhering to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and scientific stakeholders.
