Description

You will own the operational integrity of mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) financial systems while driving DevOps maturity. This individual contributor role bridges deep technical support with automated release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support, issue triage, and root-cause analysis for Oracle EBS R12 modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement).
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes, including build, deploy, and automation, collaborating with Development and DBA teams.
• Debug PL/SQL, AP/PO Approvals, and workflow issues while monitoring batch jobs and concurrent programs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including customizations, reports, and third-party integrations (Boomi, Edicom, Noetix).
• Ensure system stability through performance tuning, proactive monitoring, and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Unix commands, and shell scripting.
• Proficiency with Oracle Web ADI, Forms, Forms Personalization, AME, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Noetix.
• Experience implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, version control, monitoring, and configuration management.
• Hands-on exposure to Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related build/deployment pipelines.
• Functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Procurement modules.
• Experience managing Oracle Support SRs and participating in OWC sessions.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency with technical and ops tools: WinSCP, PuTTY, TOAD, SQL Developer, Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy, Citrix.
• Experience with collaboration and documentation platforms: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA.
