Description

Lead production support for Microsoft BizTalk Server applications in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex production incidents, message failures, and suspended orchestrations.
• Monitor and manage Receive Locations, Send Ports, Host Instances, and application performance.
• Execute message resubmission, configuration changes, deployments, and upgrades with minimal operational impact.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and production support documentation while acting as the primary escalation point.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013/2016/2020) in production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across BizTalk, Windows Server, and SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of XML, schemas, and integration concepts.
• Experience configuring BizTalk adapters including FILE, FTP, HTTP/S, SQL, and SFTP.
• Proven track record supporting high-availability, mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to MuleSoft or AWS environments.
• Experience with EDI integrations.
• PowerShell or automation scripting knowledge.
