Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and Blazor.

Modernize existing applications through code analysis, technology upgrades, and migration planning.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and QA teams.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and implement unit testing.

Participate in Scrum ceremonies and deliver production-ready solutions.

Document technical solutions, coding standards, and development processes.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

12+ years of overall software development experience.

3+ years of onsite experience.

Hands-on Blazor development experience – mandatory.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and the Microsoft technology stack.

Microsoft SQL Server and database development experience.

Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI frameworks.

Experience with unit testing, code quality, and application modernization.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

Experience with RESTful web services.

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools.

HIPAA awareness and willingness to complete required compliance training.

Experience with recent .NET versions; .NET 10 experience is a plus
