Description

Design and develop blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols to meet business requirements.

Build high-quality, low-latency blockchain applications capable of handling large transaction volumes. Implement and maintain blockchain networks, nodes, and consensus algorithms to ensure security and decentralization. Optimize blockchain interoperability, scalability, and performance for high-throughput applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify DLT implementation opportunities across various domains. Conduct research on emerging protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing blockchain applications and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Go, or Java.
• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar blockchain frameworks.
• Strong understanding of decentralized consensus algorithms, cryptography, and data structures.
• Knowledge of blockchain security best practices and secure coding principles.
• Experience with blockchain development tools, libraries, and frameworks.
• Ability to address complex challenges regarding scalability and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tokenization, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721), and DeFi protocols.
