Description

You will maintain the availability, reliability, and performance of the Boomi integration platform. You will manage production incidents, automate repetitive tasks, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance the infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and monitor Boomi integration platforms (Cloud or On-Prem) to ensure system uptime.
• Design and manage observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual effort and support robust CI/CD deployment practices.
• Provide 24x7 production support, troubleshoot critical incidents, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation while performing regular health checks and patch management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Boomi platform administration and integration platform engineering.
• Hands-on expertise in CI/CD automation and DevOps tooling.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Experience in production support with incident and problem management.
• Excellent scripting and automation skills to drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Google SRE, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, ITIL, automation, and production support methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Dell Boomi Professional or Architect Certification.
• SRE or DevOps Certifications (e.g., Google SRE, Azure DevOps).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
