You will lead the development and deployment of intelligent chatbots using Conversation Builder.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build chatbots using LivePerson Conversation Builder, including standard, routing, FAQ, transactional, and post-conversation survey bots.
• Prepare chatbot storyboards and user/process flows to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Configure and manage agent connectors to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Integrate chatbots with backend systems via APIs for automated use cases.
• Lead a team of bot developers and automation engineers, providing technical direction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in chatbot development, with 2+ years on Conversational Cloud platforms (e.g., LivePerson LiveEngage).
• Strong understanding of Conversation Builder, agent connectors, skills & campaigns, and API-based authentication.
• Strong JavaScript skills.
• Proficiency in Node.js, REST APIs, JSON, and Python for bot logic and integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML models, NLP engines (e.g., LUIS, GPT, BERT), and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Proven leadership in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
