Description

Lead the design and construction of conversational AI solutions, managing a team of bot developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build chatbots using LivePerson Conversation Builder for routing, FAQs, and transactions.
• Prepare storyboards and user flows to define interaction design.
• Configure agent connectors to ensure high availability for concurrent conversations.
• Integrate chatbots with backend systems via APIs to automate business use cases.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to the bot development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in chatbot development, including 2+ years on Conversational Cloud platforms like LivePerson LiveEngage.
• Strong understanding of Conversation Builder, agent connectors, skills & campaigns, and API-based authentication.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs, JSON, and Python for bot logic.
• Experience implementing AI/ML models, NLP engines (LUIS, GPT, BERT), and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Proven leadership and collaboration experience within agile environments.
