Description

You will lead the migration and maintenance of IBM BPM and BAW environments, ensuring scalable and reliable SOA integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of BPM workflows, BAW components, and IID artifacts to upgraded platforms.
• Install, configure, and maintain IBM BAW/BPM and IID environments, including process and application servers.
• Migrate and clone process servers, integration nodes, and IID SOA architectures for scalability and disaster recovery.
• Administer and troubleshoot BPEL processes, mediation flows, business rules, and integration components.
• Implement backup solutions and develop disaster recovery plans to ensure continuous availability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in BPM development and migration.
• Deep expertise in IBM BAW/BPM and IID environments.
• Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere MQ.
• Proficiency in BPEL processes, mediation flows, and SOA integrations.
• Experience with server cloning, migration, and disaster recovery planning.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with XML, WSDL, SOAP/REST, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools including Bash, Ant, and Python.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD tools for middleware environments.
