Description

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing program execution across email, push, and SMS channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign strategy and execution, including design, build, QA, and deployment.
• Develop A/B and multivariate testing plans to optimize subject lines, content, cadence, and audience segmentation.
• Configure Braze technical elements including API triggers, custom events, app configurations, and custom attributes.
• Manage technical campaign requirements such as IP warmup, migration campaigns, webhooks, and ETL dataflows.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement solutions to ensure flawless daily campaign execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation with hands-on Braze implementation expertise.
• Proficiency in Liquid syntax for campaign personalization.
• Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Webhooks, APIs, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Ability to design data models and manage campaign orchestration and lifecycle programs.
• Knowledge of data hygiene, list cleansing, and marketing data optimization.
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and information asset protection.

Preferred Skills

• Braze Certification.
• Experience integrating Braze with external platforms via web services.
