Description

You provide technical support and architectural input for Oracle BRM systems across global projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform production support activities, including issue ticket analysis, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Provide technical input during the architecture phase and support detailed application, system, network, and database designs.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop code fixes.
• Ensure application systems comply with security, audit policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and optimize profiles, rules, configurations, certificates, and software licenses across all environments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle BRM (Portal Infranet/Integrate Billing Solution) 7.x.
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support or Software Development using C/C++ and/or Java.
• Expertise in BRM PCM C/Java development and customizations.
• Experience configuring Oracle Mediation Controller and integrating third-party apps like Vertex (O Series), Chase Paymentech, or Oracle EBS (R12).
• Proficiency with Oracle RDBMS database software and Oracle Weblogic.
• Strong experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and Bash/Korn Shell Scripting.
• Knowledge of data models and experience working with data warehouse feeds.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automating jobs.
• Experience with data migration, import, and legacy conversion.
