Description

You will manage the full client campaign lifecycle, from initial estimation and requirement gathering to deployment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign workflows for audience selection, segmentation, and multi-channel deployment.
• Develop and configure marketing technology solutions using AJO, ACC, and AEP.
• Perform quality control to ensure data, functional, and content accuracy across all campaigns.
• Execute post-deployment activities including data analysis, performance monitoring, and comprehensive reporting.
• Document all technical processes and campaign configurations throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience with the AJO platform.
• Over 4 years of experience in campaign implementation or project management.
• 3+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of scripting or programming experience, preferably JavaScript.
• 1+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing delivery, including Push Notifications and In-App deliveries.
• Mandatory Adobe Campaign related certification.
• Experience with technology integrations involving AJO, ACC, and AEP.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Technical degree or MBA.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign tools.
• Familiarity with CRM, enterprise software, and project implementation lifecycles.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts such as ROI metrics and KRAs.
