Description

Lead requirement elicitation and UX design for the Permits Online Platform and Amanda digitalization projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate customer requirements through workshops, site visits, and workflow storyboards.
• Gather usability requirements and perform evaluations to create UX designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements, UI specifications, wireframes, and user stories.
• Manage requirement tracking throughout the project lifecycle and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Communicate requirement changes and technical solutions to project managers, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business and system analysis for web and mobile enterprise applications.
• 8+ years of experience in UI design, screen/task flow, and documenting usability requirements.
• 5+ years of experience transforming business requirements into technical specifications for enterprise portals.
• 3+ years of experience performing usability evaluations, including heuristic and expert reviews.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing government, public sector, or regulatory compliance workflows.
• 3+ years of experience with Amanda Enterprise application configuration, including at least one year with Amanda 7.
• Proven experience across at least 3 projects involving full-cycle requirements analysis and UX design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interviewing and meeting facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Permits Online Platform or similar digitalization initiatives.
