You will bridge the gap between business operations and IT systems to design and implement functional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather detailed business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and departmental heads.
- Develop business process models, workflow charts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
- Convert roadmap features into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Propose and design technical solutions that align with business strategies and operational needs.
- Validate requirements and participate in testing new systems to ensure they meet defined objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers, executives, and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems evaluation.
- Expertise in constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
- Proficiency in studying system capabilities to define functional requirements.
- Strong ability in writing technical specifications.
- Experience documenting business process models and requirements.
- Proven ability to liaison between various business departments and technical groups.
- Ability to assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Any Graduate degree.
