You will bridge the gap between business operations and IT systems to design and implement functional solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather detailed business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and departmental heads.
  • Develop business process models, workflow charts, and diagrams to illustrate current and future states.
  • Convert roadmap features into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Propose and design technical solutions that align with business strategies and operational needs.
  • Validate requirements and participate in testing new systems to ensure they meet defined objectives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers, executives, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems evaluation.
  • Expertise in constructing workflow charts and diagrams.
  • Proficiency in studying system capabilities to define functional requirements.
  • Strong ability in writing technical specifications.
  • Experience documenting business process models and requirements.
  • Proven ability to liaison between various business departments and technical groups.
  • Ability to assist with project management tasks as needed.
  • Any Graduate degree.
