Description

You will bridge the gap between client requirements and digital solution delivery within Adobe Experience Manager environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on AEM solutions.
• Collaborate with Agile teams by facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups.
• Conduct risk assessments and facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including its architecture, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven track record leading multiple large-scale AEM implementations or digital transformation projects.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud for workflow and content delivery management.
• Ability to write comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for multi-faceted projects.
• Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder agreement sessions.
• Skill in explaining technical requirements to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
