Description

You will analyze business domains, document processes, and integrate technology solutions to support business applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements through user interviews, group meetings, and analysis of existing system artifacts.
• Document as-is and to-be business processes using context diagrams, process flows, and use cases.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Execute functional, system, and regression tests while mapping requirements to ensure full coverage.
• Identify, document, and track application defects through to resolution, including retesting.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 60+ months of experience eliciting and maintaining business requirements from customers or system artifacts.
• 60+ months of experience developing process documentation, including use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
• 60+ months of experience creating and executing functional, system, and regression test plans.
• 60+ months of experience identifying, documenting, and tracking application defects to resolution.
• 60+ months of experience supporting business applications in a help-desk capacity.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to other team members.
