Description

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of web-based system implementation and requirement management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and system design specifications.
• Manage all testing phases including system, integration, user acceptance, and pilot testing.
• Develop use cases, define test conditions, and perform output reviews.
• Execute and troubleshoot complex SQL queries against large-scale databases.
• Map data elements from source to target schemas to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• 5+ years of experience preparing functional and detailed system design documents.
• 5+ years of experience managing all phases of testing and use case creation.
• 4+ years of experience with systems analysis and web-based system implementation.
• 4+ years of experience managing the software development life cycle across multiple environments.
• 2+ years of experience writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
• 2+ years of experience working with large databases exceeding 15 million records or 500 users.
• 2+ years of experience performing source-to-target data element mapping.
• 1+ year of experience with automated testing and maintenance of test scripts.
