Description

You will lead business analysis activities for a client in the utility industry, owning the end-to-end requirements process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Analyze current As-Is business processes, systems, and dataflows to identify pain points.
• Perform gap analysis and define future state To-Be processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in business analysis and process modelling.
• Mandatory domain knowledge within the Utilities industry.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 standards for process modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze complex integrations and dataflows.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) and automating AI use cases.
