You will lead data migration and governance initiatives for healthcare and life sciences entities, aligning disparate data sources into a unified framework.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document data sources from acquired entities to define project scopes and integration efficiencies.
• Investigate data inconsistencies, overlapping records, and duplicative reporting to support a unified data governance framework.
• Manage the migration of 700+ SSRS reports from SQL Server to Databricks by mapping requirements to a unified data model.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align KPIs, metrics, and reporting logic across multiple business units.
• Identify gaps in QA processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy during migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
• Proven experience with data migration, data governance, or master data management initiatives.
• Proficiency with SSRS and Power BI.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Ability to translate complex data issues into clear business requirements.
• Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry.
• Experience analyzing data structures and managing stakeholder requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks.
