Description

Lead business analysis efforts by driving product solution requirements and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Capture, visualize, and communicate functional product solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor junior BSA or BA team members.
• Write analytical queries to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop product wireframes to define user interfaces and workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in writing analytical queries using T-SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with the WINS solution stack: Windows Server, IIS, and .NET.
• Experience using wireframe tools such as Balsamiq.
• Familiarity with Agile development tools, specifically Jira and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience working within Agile development environments.
