Description

You will monitor production systems from a business impact perspective and act as the primary business point of contact during incidents and outages.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts, incidents, and dashboards to assess and prioritize based on customer, store, and operational impact.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 support, monitoring/SOC, development, QA, and external teams during production issues.
• Validate environment stability across Production, Staging, and QA, flagging configuration issues and supporting incident triage.
• Communicate clear, business-friendly status updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring incidents close only after business confirmation.
• Identify recurring issues to support preventive monitoring and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with support knowledge.
• Core .NET Technologies proficiency.
• Ability to distinguish between incidents, defects, and enhancements during triage.
• Experience in post-deployment monitoring and hyper care.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associate degree required or equivalent work experience).
