Bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions by analyzing processes and designing functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder objectives into detailed requirements specifications and system workflows.
• Design solutions and define system features that align with business goals.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop KPI dashboards.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate change management and conduct training sessions for new process adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation techniques.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Experience with ERP and CRM enterprise systems.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data analysis.
