You will lead business analysis efforts, defining requirements and mapping data to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and data mappings using Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Facilitate decision-making workshops to articulate customized solutions.
• Manage simultaneous project deliverables across multiple teams under tight deadlines.
• Lead and direct team members to achieve project goals.
• Apply Agile, Lean, and Kanban methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Visio/Lucidchart, Jira, and Tableau.
• Strong ability to query, map, and document complex data structures.
• Experience leading teams and directing others to achieve results.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
