You will drive data-driven initiatives and provide insights supporting product development, marketing, sales, and business strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies and governance.
• Analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities.
• Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Support predictive analytics, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
• Track KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in analytics with experience in healthcare, biotech, or diagnostics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Expertise in Tableau and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Proven track record delivering data-driven insights to inform strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related field (Master's preferred).
