Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of features and capabilities from requirement definition through to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing capabilities and research new requirements to ensure completeness, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Decompose initiatives into executable Epics and write detailed User Stories for technical teams to deliver within sprint cycles.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create conversational flow diagrams and user interface specifications.
• Partner with software developers and QA through technical desk checks to refine acceptance criteria and mitigate defects.
• Manage defect resolution by prioritizing issues based on analytic metrics, severity, and customer impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience componentizing business initiatives into Epics and Stories.
• Ability to define requirements that meet legal, control, and risk standards.
• Experience managing requirements for customer rollout and feature validation.
• Proven track record of driving delivery through backlog refinement and sprint goal alignment.
• Any Graduate degree.
