Description

You act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications using BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical requirements and identify gaps in existing systems.
• Support development and QA teams through UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, payments, loans, credit/debit cards, KYC/AML, and core banking systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, business process mapping, and data analysis.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical requirement translation.
• Any Graduate degree.
