Lead end-to-end business requirement gathering and process optimization for technical solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Design and validate technical solutions in coordination with engineering teams.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure delivered solutions meet quality standards.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in business analysis and project delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and decision support.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Expertise in process modeling using MS Visio.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading change management activities.
