Description

You will provide functional leadership for software automation projects, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and estimation processes.
• Draft formal business requirements documentation.
• Develop testing strategies, plans, and documentation.
• Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead user and team training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience specifically in software automation or testing projects.
• Proven ability to develop testing strategies and plans.
• Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience in business process re-engineering.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
