Description

You will own the requirements lifecycle and process improvement for software projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from customer interviews and produce detailed system documentation.
• Act as the primary conduit between the customer community and the software development team.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and mockups following UX best practices.
• Drive business process re-engineering and software process flow improvements.
• Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment, including post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
• 8+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience developing user stories, use cases, and system requirements documents.
• 8+ years of experience designing UX-compliant mockups and wireframes.
• 5+ years of experience in professional communication and facilitation.
• 5+ years of experience in professional writing and organization.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Modern Requirements or Atlassian Jira.
• 2+ years of experience working with TEA or other state/local education agencies.
• Experience with TEA applications including FSP, TSDS, or TEA Help Desk.
