Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management for public sector enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering, BRD/FRD creation, and gap analysis for complex state projects.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders to define enterprise solution scopes.
• Execute UAT, change management, and process mapping within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital transformation initiatives.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Visio to document and track project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, specifically with State of California or Public Sector projects.
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Change Management methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in requirements documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams on enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis, SQL, API Integrations, or Reporting tools.
• CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certification.
