Description

You will bridge the gap between the program community and software development teams for the Educator Certification suite.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Derive requirements from customer interviews and produce formal documentation.
• Manage requirements specifications throughout the software development life cycle.
• Verify fulfillment of all requirements, including post-implementation enhancements.
• Support enhancements for ECOS, ASEP, DNH, and MRP systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience deriving requirements from customer interviews.
• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis and Design.
• 3+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Reengineering.
• 3+ years of experience developing User Stories and Use Cases.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Agile Methodology.
• 3+ years of strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Previous experience with TEA's Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) or Accountability System for Educator Preparation (ASEP).
