Description

You will perform senior-level business analysis and user experience design to support multiple agency projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through customer interviews and translate them into well-written system requirements.
• Act as the primary conduit between the customer community and the software development team.
• Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment of all requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Design mockups and wireframes that adhere to agency design standards and UX best practices.
• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to ensure design decisions are grounded in research.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience eliciting requirements and creating system documentation.
• 8+ years of experience with software development life cycles (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
• 8+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• 8+ years of experience designing mockups and wireframes using UX best practices.
• 5+ years of experience in professional communication and facilitation.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and organization.
• 4+ years of experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software.
• 3+ years of experience ensuring designs and websites conform to federal accessibility guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Modern Requirements, Atlassian Jira, or working with state/local education agencies.
• Background in early childhood care and education.
