Description

You will perform senior-level business analysis for a mainframe transformation program, focusing on complex hardware and software projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement data-related projects, including data modeling, data bridging, and data flow documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data errors and production support issues related to system or data bridges.
• Develop and review technical documentation for ETL solutions between Microsoft SSIS and Oracle platforms.
• Lead requirements elicitation, use case development, and the creation of user acceptance testing protocols.
• Manage the migration of data from mainframe systems to new SaaS, COTS, and Data Warehouse environments.

Required Skills

• 8 years of business analysis experience with a focus on data modeling and data flow for software development.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server, Microsoft SSIS, and Oracle.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, MuleSoft, COBOL, Java, Salesforce, .NET, Snowflake, and GoAnywhere.
• Advanced technical writing skills for documenting functional designs and system specifications.
• Experience using Visio and Snagit for prototyping and screen mock-ups.
• Proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions with cross-functional business teams.
• Strong background in requirements traceability and client management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Informatica and mainframe-to-modern-system migrations.
