Description

You serve as the primary link between the customer community and the software development team throughout the entire software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through customer interviews and produce detailed system requirement documentation.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and wireframe mockups following industry best practices.
• Re-engineer business processes and software process flows to increase efficiency.
• Manage requirements specifications and verify fulfillment of all project objectives and post-implementation enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and system requirements documentation.
• 8+ years of experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• 8+ years of experience in business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement.
• 8+ years of experience developing user stories and use cases.
• 8+ years of experience designing mockups and wireframes adhering to UX standards.
• 5+ years of experience in professional facilitation and stakeholder communication.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and organizational management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
