Description

You will lead advanced business analysis for complex technology hardware and software projects within a mainframe transformation initiative.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document business processes related to data flow and system integration.
• Analyze production support issues to identify root causes and recommend system or data corrections.
• Facilitate interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams to define functional design and system specifications.
• Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities for SaaS, COTS, and data migration projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure alignment on technology specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience focused on data modeling and data flow for software development.
• 8+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, client management, and technical documentation including use cases and traceability.
• 8+ years of expertise in assessing production support issues and analyzing data bridges for root cause analysis.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, SSIS, .NET development environments, Oracle, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and prototyping tools such as Visio and Snagit.
• Experience managing data migration from mainframe systems to new environments and developing data warehouses.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Informatica, MuleSoft, COBOL, Java, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of mainframe environments, hierarchical databases, and relational databases.
