Evaluate business systems and user needs to align technical solutions with business strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements from state and local agencies to communicate testing, training, and enhancement feedback to business leads.
• Design, develop, and coordinate test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) impacting the WIC MIS.
• Troubleshoot system problems for clinic staff and participants regarding the participant portal, MIS, and EBT systems.
• Prepare solution options, risk identifications, and financial analyses including cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments.
• Track project progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time and identify mitigation strategies for potential risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems evaluation.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with business process reengineering and process mapping.
• Ability to perform financial analyses including ROI and cost/benefit studies.
• Experience documenting user needs, program functions, and development steps.
• Skill in troubleshooting MIS and EBT system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage complex project deliverables and escalate decisions to business leads.
• Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions for assigned system modules.
