Description

You will drive the requirements lifecycle for software development projects from inception through implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and manage stakeholder engagement through interactive workshops.
• Develop use cases, data models, and traceability matrices to ensure project alignment.
• Execute functional design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation support.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production support issues.
• Manage client communications and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis for software development.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, Snagit, Adobe Illustrator, and Axure.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, use case development, and data modeling.
• Experience with traceability and functional design.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis and production support troubleshooting.
• Strong client management and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Salesforce, Remedyforce, or Java/J2EE.
• Knowledge of mainframe systems, compliance and enforcement systems, or the Oil & Gas domain.
• Background in process improvement and change management.
