Responsibilities

• Document and map complex business processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed use cases.
• Apply Agile methodologies to project lifecycles.
• Support project management workflows within a technology environment.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in a senior-level Business Analyst role within a technology field.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process documentation mapping.
• Strong understanding of use case documentation.
