Description

You will own the analysis and documentation of business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify process enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on configuration and workflow design.
• Create documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Support testing and validation of implemented solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in documentation and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Change Management.
• Knowledge of Business Analyst practices.
• Familiarity with CBAP or CCBA frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP or CCBA certification.
