You will own the data lifecycle for state-level public health initiatives, translating complex datasets into actionable intelligence.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large-scale datasets to ensure strict data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform complex data analysis and synthesize findings into clear tables, charts, and technical reports.
• Design and deploy surveys using Qualtrics to collect structured data from individuals and organizations.
• Execute GIS-based tasks to support spatial data requirements and mapping needs.
• Conduct structured interviews to gather primary data and validate existing information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or data management roles.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcMap.
• Hands-on experience using Qualtrics for survey design and deployment.
• Proven ability to manage and process large, complex datasets.
• Strong capability in creating data visualizations and writing technical reports.
• Experience conducting interviews for structured data collection.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on long-term state-level projects.
