Description

Lead business analysis to solve complex problems and bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the Business Requirements Package, including stakeholder analysis, process mapping, impact analysis, and requirement traceability.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing by authoring test plans, results, and defect logs while coordinating execution and resolution.
• Create and modify data mapping between current and new systems and document end-to-end process flows.
• Support Product Owners by tracking project progress, identifying risks, and communicating status to leadership.
• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve production issues and recommend business solutions to IT leadership.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
• Mandatory claims experience, including enrollment (Group & Member), billing, Open Enrollment, and ACA processes.
• Extensive knowledge of EDI Eligibility and Billing transactions.
• Proven ability to reconcile input and output eligibility feeds and perform data mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL for performing data queries.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Working knowledge of MS Azure DevOps.
• Experience with HRP and MetaVance applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• BlueCard (ITS) experience.
• Testing experience within a claims environment.
